Fortnite: Creative mode 2.0, a level rise thanks to the Unreal engine

Building Fortnite's year 2022 has been a bit irregular. We have had a time to have exceptional collaborations such as the Dragon Ball universe, but the summer event did not convince everyone, while we currently have challenges that are based on randomness to extend the duration of the battle pass.

But it seems that we will have surprises for the end of the year, since it will be during this stage when Epic Games has planned a very pleasant surprise. In fact, many leaks on creative mode 2.0 have marked the news of the week. And even from the company they have made a nice gift with the first images related to this innovative tool, which could well give Fortnite a blow of fresh air.

That Fortnite uses the most recent UNREAL REGINE technology owned by Epic Games is nothing new. But the latest leaks suggest that this new creative mode will be used in a more determined way of the tools of the graphic engine.

The 2.0 creative mode logo, accidentally thrown by Epic Games, shows that the tool will actually be called an Engine Editor.

When will the creative mode launch 2.0?

In May, Tim Sweeney, Executive Director of Epic Games, announced his desire to launch the creative mode 2.0 during the year 2022. More specifically, everything indicates that it will be launched during the next season of the game.

And the latter have also pointed out that the launch of the creative mode 2.0 would be designed for next December, coinciding with the 4th anniversary of the creative mode 1.0.
