Update 1,000.065 arrived on May 5 for Fortnite, which was published for a stability correction on PlayStation, Xbox, PC and Android. The patch requires players to close their game to grab the update. The patch notes for the update 1,000,065 are thin, and this is because this is a small patch to fix stability problems with the game, and not a larger patch that affects things like weapons and game modes.
The Fortnite team calls this a maintenance or stability patch, depending on which platform they are on. So don't expect much about big changes to the game. The patch notes for this are so small that there is not much in actual patch notices for the game, except "resolved stability problems".
Fortnite Patch Notes 1,000.065 May 5 Update
- Fixed stability problems
Just because this patch is small does not mean that Fortnite has not changed significantly if you have not registered for a while. Just yesterday Fortnite organized a "May the 4th" event, in which players tracked quests on the subject of Star Wars to celebrate the Star Wars day. This made it possible for the players to collect light swords and to maintain unique Fortnite Star Wars-Skins.
The latest stability patch for Fortnite was published at this time on all platforms except Nintendo Switch. It is not clear whether a stability correction on the Nintendo Switch was required for the game and the patch still has to be published or whether Nintendo Switch owners can expect a patch in the near future.
If you have played the game and have not yet closed and ask yourself where the patch is. You have to make sure that you close the game client and open again to ensure that you have this latest stability patch for Fortnite.
